This video, shot at GDC 09, shows Ubisoft’s presentation of Ruse.  The gameplay of this real-time strategy game looks intense and fast-paced.  The graphics are rather amazing, especially when the player-controlled camera zooms out to show the game’s map as a desktop board game in someone’s room.

I didn’t catch this on video, but the demonstration was compeltely played with an Xbox 360 controller for Windows.  So yeah, the controls seem like they’re pretty well designed for the console.  This game will be released for PC, Xbox 360, and PS3.
